doTerra GX Assist Beats Candida!

by doTerra Mamma

Beat Candida once and for all!

Do you want to beat candida once and for all? I think yes! There is a large percentage of our population that suffers with candida.

This is how I did it:

1. I cleaned up my diet and drank about a gallon of water a day.

I’m a very healthy eater but there are foods on the candida cleanse diet that must be avoided. No sugars, wheat, dairy, pastas, rice, potatoes (only sweet potatoes after 2 weeks but eat sparingly), no sugar substitutes, limit your intake of fruits, no cheese, no vinegar or dressings containing vinegar, no mushrooms.

2. doTerra supplements

For 10 days straight I take GX Assist 3x a day. After I do that I take PB Assist for 5 days straight 3x a day. PB Assist helps to restore the healthy bacteria to our bodies. Also, taking the doTerra Lifelong Vitality Pack. These vitamins are amazing and have a tummy taming blend for all the digestive issues related with candida.

3. doTerra Essential Oils

I wanted to get rid of this quickly, so I threw everything natural and healthy at it. In addition to the GX and PB Assist, I did the following oils:

Internally in a capsule:

Clove, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Slim & Sassy, Melaleuca, and Rosemary. I would do about 2-3 drops of each of these oils and I would do this 2x a day. I did this for 2 months. I still use several of these oils on a daily basis for prevention.

I applied 2 drops of Melaleuca topically over my liver and I would add 4-5 drops of Lemon to 32oz of water and drink that several times a day.

My success you ask?

I was able to rid my body of candida in 3 1/2 weeks! It generally takes 3-4 months. I feel fantastic! I continued the candida diet for 2 months and slowly introduced some things back into my diet regimen. The key is to use eat sugar in moderation, eat a diet high in complex carbs, fruits & veggies, use the BEST vitamins and essential oils that are out there, which would be doTerra’s, of course. I stay on top of it by using a lot of these essential oils on a daily basis and my doing a monthly regimen of GX Assist and PB Assist.

If you have any questions, feel free to post your questions. Thanks!

Some symptoms of candida are: Mood altering, digestive problems, nutrient absorbtion problems, lack of energy, lack of sex drive, fibromyalgia, joint paint, muscle pain, rashes, infections, suppressed immune system, constant illness/infections, loss of feeling/hearing, sight impairment, etc.

What causes candida?  Oral antibiotics kill of the “good” bacteria in the intestine, which allows candida to proliferate.

Diets high in sugars.

Use of oral contraceptives, steroids, antacids, and anti-ulcer medications.

Having a repressed immune system due to medication or disease.

Multiple pregnancies

A yeast infection results from an overgrowth of yeast (a type of fungus) anywhere in the body. Candidiasis is by far the most common type of yeast infection. There are more than 20 species ofCandida, the most common beingCandida albicans. These fungi live on all surfaces of our bodies. Under certain conditions, they can become so numerous they cause infections, particularly in warm and moist areas. Examples of such infections are vaginal yeast infections, thrush(infection of tissues of the oral cavity), skin and diaper rash, and nailbed infections.

  • Candidal infections commonly occur in warm moist body areas, such as underarms. Usually your skin effectively blocks yeast, but any breakdown or cuts in the skin may allow this organism to penetrate.
  • Typical affected areas in babies include the mouth and diaper areas.
  • Vaginal yeast infection, which is the most common form of vaginitis is often referred to as vaginal Candidiasis.
  • In adults, oral yeast infections become more common with increased age. Adults also can have yeast infections around dentures, in skin folds under the breast and lower abdomen, nailbeds, and beneath other skin folds. Most of these candidal infections are superficial and clear up easily with treatment. Infections of the nailbeds often require prolonged therapy.
  • Rarely, the yeast infection may spread throughout the body. In systemic candidal disease (in which the fungus enters the bloodstream and spreads throughout the body), up to 45% of people may die. Even common mouth and vaginal yeast infections can cause critical illness and can be more resistant to normal treatment.
  • Yeast infections that return may be a sign of more serious diseases such as diabetes, leukemia, or AIDS.

Candidiasis Yeast Infection Causes

  • In women, yeast infections are the second most common reason for vaginal burning, itching, and discharge. Yeasts are found in the vagina of 20% to 50% of healthy women and can overgrow if the environment in the vagina changes. Antibiotic and steroid use is the most common reason for yeast overgrowth. But pregnancy, menstruation, sperm, diabetes, and birth control pills also can contribute to getting a yeast infection. Yeast infections are more common after menopause.
  • In people who have a weakened immune system because of cancer treatments, steroids, or diseases such as AIDS, candidal infections can occur throughout the entire body and can be life-threatening. The blood, brain, eye, kidney, and heart are most frequently affected, but Candida also can grow in the lungs, liver, and spleen. Candida is a leading cause of esophagitis (inflammation in the swallowing tube) in people with AIDS.
  • Almost 15% of people with weakened immune systems develop a systemic illness caused by Candida. These infections enter into the bloodstream through breakdowns or cuts in the skin or mucous membranes. Candidal organisms may build up in an area because of frequent use of antibiotics, which kill the bacteria that normally keep them under control.
  • Use of devices implanted in the skin such as urinary catheters and IV ports also provide access for the yeast to enter the body. IV drug users utilizing dirty needles may inject the yeast directly into their bloodstream or deep tissues.

Barack Obama Inaguration 2013

The 2013 presidential inauguration was filled with stars, glamour and lots of who’s who in the world of politics and Hollywood. A truly thrilling event that I watched on television.  Following is some of the highlights.

Freedom is a gift from God

I would also like to share a portion of President Obama’s address with you:

Today we continue a never-ending journey, to bridge the meaning of those words with the realities of our time.  For history tells us that while these truths may be self-evident, they have never been self-executing; that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth.  The patriots of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob.  They gave to us a Republic, a government of, and by, and for the people, entrusting each generation to keep safe our founding creed.

For more than two hundred years, we have.

Through blood drawn by lash and blood drawn by sword, we learned that no union founded on the principles of liberty and equality could survive half-slave and half-free.  We made ourselves anew, and vowed to move forward together.

Together, we determined that a modern economy requires railroads and highways to speed travel and commerce; schools and colleges to train our workers.

Together, we discovered that a free market only thrives when there are rules to ensure competition and fair play.

Together, we resolved that a great nation must care for the vulnerable, and protect its people from life’s worst hazards and misfortune…..

It’s not an inauguration without glamorous galas — and fabulous first lady fashions to match. Here’s a look back.

President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle shared a tender dance at the Commander in Chief ball Monday night, hours after he swore the oath of office during the public inauguration.

Jennifer Hudson performed Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” as the couple swayed — and even shared a kiss — on the dance floor, which was of a giant presidential seal.

“I’m just lucky to have her,” the president said of Michelle minutes before their dance. “She inspires me every day. She makes me a better man and a better president. The fact that she is so devoted to taking care of our troops and military families is just one more sign of her extraordinary love and grace and strength.”   Read more here…

Do not market your business.  Market YOU. Market YOUR SYSTEM.  These hold the all the keys to your prospects’ problems.

We’ve put together a video “playlist” of the top 4 reasons why someone would need YOU and YOUR system to succeed in their network marketing business.

With video you can talk about anything and everything and rank on google for all sorts of keywords.

We have included sample videos, titles, keywords, and descriptions to give you ideas of how you can leverage video marketing to get traffic and leads into your system immediately.

In this playlist we include video #’s in each video headline to intrigue the viewer and create some curiosity for him/her to want to click on and watch your video…..

…if you do this correctly and you’re a leader in your videos, you should get leads all day long from video marketing.

Where can you get all this information?  How can you put this information to work for you right now?  Keep reading and learn where………..

Do You Need Leads?

You need the leads, right?  Yes, you do.

You won’t get anywhere unless you know how to get leads.

Getting leads is the lifeline of your business.  But when you get them you have to know what to do with them.

Even more importantly you have to know how to get them.  Makes sense, right?

You may have heard the term ‘Attraction Marketing‘ so much that you’re just sick of it.

Well think about this…….

How do you feel when you get on Facebook and there in the feeds is yet another message about how great this program is or that program.

You don’t care!  And I know you don’t care, because I don’t care.

You only care if you’re the one putting the message, but the person reading the message (or seeing it because usually once they see it they move on quickly) doesn’t care, so they are gone in 60 seconds….. I really should say in a split second.

So it’s like a catch 22.  You want to put your great program links all over Facebook, but no one cares…..  hmmm…. what to do…..what to do……..

I’m going to recommend a program to you that I used in the beginning before I got “All In”.   If you’re all in be careful!  This program in addition to teaching you how to get leads makes you money and you don’t want to get sidetracked from your true purpose.

This program costs you $2 to try for 3 days.  If you like it, continue.  If you don’t, cancel.  Your $2 will be refunded.

[Video]  This post is a salute to Michelle Kwan and a congratulations on her marriage to Clay Pell.

Over the years I have watched many skating stars come up in the world, in their physical growth, their talent and their showmanship….

For me no star has shined so brightly and so classily as Michelle Kwan.  Even in defeat this swan took no prisoners.  Even when she made mistakes she was graceful.

It has been said of her:  “She is the most reliable skater….”  As a fan you knew this.  You knew no matter what she would pour her heart out to you.

Michelle Kwan 2004 Nationals – “Tosca”

Below is Michelle Kwan 2004 Nationals Long Program – “Tosca”.  It’s very difficult not to shed a tear, and check this out: at the time number of career 6.0′s she had -  35!  The closest U.S. competitor to her was her great friend Brian Boitano who had 9.

Michelle Kwan – Fields of Gold – 2003 Worlds Exhibition

Here is Michelle Kwans performance – Fields of Gold – 2003 Worlds Exhibition.  Tell me if you have ever seen a more graceful swan.  I think not.

Her skating I swear makes you weep.  That is an artist, one who communicates with you right to your heart.  She proves why we as humans run to see works of art like movies, concerts, theater  – because world class art cuts ice.

Michelle Kwan Proved Winning Gold Medals Is Not What Makes Success.  Success Is What You Make Of What God Gave You.

Thank you Michelle for the talent, beauty and your love of skating you have shared with us.

Michelle Kwan has scored yet another gold—a wedding ring!

The heavily medaled skating champ (two Olympic medals, nine U.S. national wins and five world championships to be exact) said “I do” to her 31-year-old beau Clay Pell on Saturday at the First Unitarian Church of Providence, R.I., E! News confirms.

So how did Clay pop the question to our fave figure skater? Find out here!

Clay, a director for strategic planning on the national security staff at the White House, and a JAG and Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard, donned his full dress uniform while Kwan opted for a classy ivory Vera Wang gown as she was escorted down the aisle by her father.

The couple shared the intimate moment with 240 family members, friends, and of course, fellow Olympic champions like Brian Boitano, Dick ButtonDorothy Hamill and Peter Oppegard.

And Kwan’s fellow competitors weren’t the only Olympic memories—the ceremony included “Fields of Gold” as well, aka the song in which Kwan skated to back in 2002 at the end of her bronze-medal finish at the Salt Lake City Winter Games.  Read More Here……….

Today was the most awesome day ever at Austin 2013 Empower Network!  We rolled into Austin at 1 am this morning, after driving 13 hours straight!

When I arrived at the downtown Austin area this morning the first thing I noticed were all the different age groups.  I saw couples, groups of women, the very young, the very old, all colors, from so many different countries.  It was an amazing site.

The energy, the camaraderie and the fun was like none I had ever seen.

Here we are at one of our on the way to Austin rest stops:

Eva Austin Road Trip 2013 003

As you may know my husband drove with me.  He drove for a while, then I drove.  At one point I said: “That’s it, we are driving straight through!”  We did it.  Oh yeah it took a long time…….. very, very long time, driving from Orange County, California, but I was determined to arrive as soon as possible, and we made it!

My Empower Network Friends For Life

You know the best thing about this whole trip?  The friends I made.  For example Glen, a nice man who came in all the way from Thailand. I met him while standing in line waiting for coffee.  We discussed the value of blogging daily and he gave me some of his best practices and I came away with some great tips that I know I’ll be using.

Then I met Claudette from the Bronx New York who showed me her new camera that she was using to shoot her videos.  She was extremely friendly and open and she made me feel like I’d known her forever.

Erica from Washington and I chatted for about 20 minutes about various things we can do to help each other, and as in many friendships developed all over the Empower Network, she’s not in my team!  But I know I’ve made a friend for life.

Justin Verrengia gave the most inspiring talk I have ever heard.  He explained how he was not good in school, never felt like he belonged and couldn’t find his place.  Well that’s certainly changed!  Being in Empower Network has allowed him to live life his way.

If you made it to Austin Empower Network event 2013, I know you experienced a lot of the same thing I did.  Please  share your comments and your highlights of the trip below.
